- All medications prescribed through our telemedicine services are compounded by licensed pharmacies and are not FDA-approved for weight loss or the specific indications listed.
- Individual results may vary. Weight loss results depend on adherence to treatment, diet, exercise, and individual medical factors.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Consult with our licensed medical providers to determine if treatment is appropriate for you.
- Monthly medical consultations are required to receive prescriptions and are included at no extra cost.
Eligibility

Telemedicine Services

Payment and Billing

- Delays in shipping or delivery
- Technical issues with telemedicine platform
- Decisions made by you regarding your health
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
