After booking, you'll receive a link to complete your health questionnaire and connect with our licensed medical providers via video call. The entire process is convenient, private, and can be done from the comfort of your home anywhere in Georgia.

Monthly consultations are required for both GLP-1 weight management and peptide therapy programs. These consultations with our licensed medical providers are included at no extra cost. This ensures we can monitor your progress, adjust dosages as needed, address any concerns, and ensure you're meeting your health goals safely.

How are prescriptions delivered?

After your consultation and prescription approval, your medications are compounded and shipped by our pharmacy partner Greenwich Rx — a 503A PCCA-certified compounding pharmacy based in Tomball, TX. Greenwich follows USP 795, 797, and 800 standards. All prescriptions are patient-specific and made to order. Most patients receive their medications within 3–5 business days. Discreet, temperature-controlled packaging used when required.

Do you accept insurance for telemedicine services?

Currently, our telemedicine services for GLP-1 and peptide therapy are self-pay only and not billed to insurance. However, we accept HSA and FSA payments for all services. We provide transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. We can also provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
